A 'pre-cask' or unaged rum from the newly established Renegade Distillery in Grenada. This is made using free run cane juice rather than molasses and the sugar plants have been grown on a site called Dunfermline on the north east side of the island. The spirit has been distilled in their copper pot stills and reduced to 50% before bottling.
