Our 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish is a combination of a minimum 10 year old Single Grain and Single Malt whiskey from a select number of casks within our distillery inventory. Finished for a minimum of 1 year in the finest old Oloroso Sherry casks to add complexity on both the nose and palate.
Nose: fresh fruit with earthy garden-fresh notes.
Taste: stewed fruit with an unmistakable nutty aftertaste
