An intense, aromatic Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of ripe black fruit, black pepper and a touch of spice. A satiating long finish makes this wine perfect for pairing with a barbecue among friends or a traditional "Pino" empanada.

Pairs well with red meats such as lamb shanks or beef empenadas. Roasted vegetables and strong flavoured vegs such as onions and mushrooms pair nicely as well. Herbs and spices such as mint, rosemary and black pepper are rounding up the meals and pairing. Cheese, especially aromatic ones like Roquefort and Camembert will be a great company.
