This Chateau Cissac has a purple-red color, slightly shiny and beautiful. Very pleasant aroma, inviting, promising, the oak is well felt. Classic Medoc nose offering blackberry, plum, tobacco, cedar, toast, leather, violet and toast.

On the palate the tannins are noticeable but not aggressive. Medium-plus body, high acidity, medium tannins, and a fairly long finish. Great pairing with lamb, poultry and beef.
