Veramonte Organic Reserve Carmenere - Chile

After destemming, the grapes are cold macerated for five days in open top stainless steel tanks and fermented with native yeasts. After primary fermentation, the wine is macerated with its skin for another ten days to achieve greater smoothness and intensity of flavors. Finally, the wine is racked to neutral oak barrels and aged for 8 months.

Casa Catelli Organic Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC – Italy

This wine is made with 100% organic grapes. It has an intense red colour, the bouquet is rich with a scent of violets and liquorice. On the palate it offers cherry and blackberry flavours with hints of dark chocolate and spice. The finish is smooth and well balanced with a lingering finish.

Gary Barlow Organic Red – Spain

A rich, smooth red wine that is redolent of bright, autumnal evenings with layers of damson, cocoa and rosemary, the palate is delicately textured and finishes on a bright note of fresh cranberries.

This organic and unoaked red blend of 50% Tempranillo and 50% Syrah from Spain’s Central Castilla region displays an evocative perfume of hedgerow berries, wild herbs with dark cocoa. It is medium bodied and perfectly balanced with a core of bright fruit, delicate acidity and finely textured tannins.

Pale pink in colour and with intense and fresh berry aromas complemented by subtle floral notes, the wine has excellent fruit concentration with a slightly off-dry finish, beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and refreshing, savoury notes.

Gary Barlow Organic White – Spain

A blend of indigenous Spanish White grapes 50% Verdejo and 50% Viura overflowing with uplifting aromas of green apple and lime blossom that lead into a mouth-watering palate of lemon zest, crisp pear and sun-ripened cantaloupe melon.

This organic and refreshing white blend perfectly captures the essence of Spain’s two most popular white grape varieties. The lively lemon peel and green apple perfume is woven with more complex notes of anis and wild fennel on the palate.

This wine is made with 100% organic grapes. It has a pale lemon colour. On the nose it has floral notes with a hint of citrus- fresh lemon, this is mirrored on the palate with some hints of honey. This wine is fresh and well balanced.
