It is our policy to not sell alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen in accordance with Irish law. By placing an order with us you are confirming you are over eighteen. If the wine you purchase is a gift then the recipient must also be over eighteen.
We cannot sell or supply wine to anyone under 18. If you're lucky enough to look under 18 we may have to ask for proof of age.
When we are delivering wine we may request proof of age. So, to ensure hassle-free delivery, please help us out by:
Making sure an adult can accept delivery of your order whether it's your home or office address. Not taking any offence if we ask for ID.
Visit DrinkAware.ie for the facts on under-age drinking.
In the unfortunate case of your wines arriving faulty or damaged you should notify us as soon as possible by calling us for FREE on 1800-844-101 or email us at email@example.com. If the wine is visibly damaged on delivery you should refuse delivery and request that the wine is returned to us. We will then offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund.
Wine is an agricultural product and although we do our best to avoid it, at times a wine or stated vintage may become unavailable. In the event of this happening for your order we will substitute the ordered wine with a wine of similar or higher quality and price at no extra cost to you. Please note that current vintages are displayed in the vintage field in the wine description. Vintages shown on bottle shot images may not be representative of the current vintage available.
