A brilliant pale yellow colour. The elegant nose has a blend of white flowers and citrus fruits which continue on the palate, making this a complex wine with long-lasting aromas and tastes. It is relatively smooth but has a definite liveliness.
Great with seafood, white meat or fresh cheeses, Brie, camembert or even Mozzarella and mature cheddar.
The beautiful dark ruby colour leads us to think this is a rich wine. The nose confirms this, as one discovers greedy black fruit and spice aromas, backed up by woody and smoky notes. On the palate, this wine proves to be powerful, with quite present, well blended tannins. As on the nose, we find nice woody notes from being raised in oak
