Colour dark ruby red. Aromas of spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Round soft tannins on the palate with flavours of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. Aged for 3 years in oak. Overall good balance between acidity and tannins with ageing potential. Cellaring 20 years.
Shiraz and Viognier
Goes well with a variety of foods. Rich creamy pasta, Red meats and cheese such as Brie, Camembert or Edam.
