The palate brings concentrated, jammy red fruit flavours, like cherry and plum. It has vibrant acidity that balances out the sweetness of the fruit. The tannins add a touch of texture to the mouth feel. It finishes relatively long, with tangy red fruit flavours.
fine match for a meaty fish dishes such as grilled tuna steak or lobster and will equally go well with beef or duck and chargrilled roast vegetables.
