The grapes are picked by hand and carefully pressed. During blending, the proportion of reserve wines (20%) gives this champagne body and fullness. It has taken one year of ageing in the vats and three years in bottles for this wine to reach maturity.Beautiful golden-yellow colour, fine bubbles and long-lasting foam. The nose is very delicate, with aromas of brioche. The palate is fresh, with a lemony attack. Flavours of dried fruits and praline. Long and well-balanced in the mouth.
